Service Description: Our website provides a tool to convert videos from horizontal to vertical format using our custom software. We don't guarantee to support all video formats or that our algorithm is tuned to your exact vertical video conversion needs. Our AI is tuned to focus on key people and objects, but it's not suitable for fast paced sports - use our blurred fill option instead.
Usage Rights: You affirm that you own the rights to the videos you upload or have the right to use them for conversion. You're responsible for the content you convert and the legal implications of converting it.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, or to infringe on others' rights. Violent or pornographic content is not allowed, and such explicit content is scanned for before processing.
Changes to Service: We may update any part of the service without notice. If we decide to dicontinue the service this will be after your payment period has expired. We're not liable for any changes, discontinuation or unavailability of the service (e.g. maintenance or downtime).
Limitation of Liability: We're not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
Privacy Information
Data Collection: We collect minimal data necessary for the service, including your uploaded videos, conversion settings, and for registered users email addresses.
Data Use: The data we collect is used to provide and improve the service. We don't sell your data or your videos to third parties. Payment information is only processed and stored by third parties (currently Stripe), and not by us.
Data Storage: Your videos are stored temporarily on our servers in the EU to perform the conversion and are deleted automatically after 24 hours. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Cookies and Tracking: We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyze service use. You can control these through your browser settings.
Third-Party Services: We use third parties to provide some of our services, such as file hosting and error logging. These currently include Hetzner, Google Cloud Platform, Sentry.
Changes to Privacy Information: We may update our privacy practices from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page.
